Surrender Form and Agreement

Bichon FurKids Rescue wants to help families that can no longer care for their Bichons, Bichon mixes.  We can work with you to find a person or family that is/are willing to provide loving forever homes in which your dog’s health and well-being are taken care of responsibly.

Our surrender fee is $100.  Dogs must be up to date with shots, spayed or neutered, and ready to become a part of a forever family. For our senior dogs, we charge a higher adoption fee and will let you know that fee at the time that you apply to surrender a senior dog.  And, unlike some other groups, we do not separate a bonded pair. The surrender fee for each dog will be $100.  For senior dogs in bonded pairs the fee will be higher and will be quoted to prior to surrendering your dog.
