On Site:  For those who are unable to attend the 2012 Bichon Bash but would like your products or services to be represented on the day of the Event, we will make available a special exhibit area set up and volunteer-manned to hand out the  brochures or samples you provide.

What would the Bichon Bash be without our groomers, trainers, behavior consultants and others who lend us their expertise in caring for our FurKids?  If you would like to have a special part in the program please let us know.

Exhibit Booths

If you would like to reach an audience of bichon lovers and pet owners seeking to learn more and/or purchase your products or services, then the Bichon Bash offers an ideal forum to display your company's products and services, build brand recognition and enhance customer loyalty. 

Exhibit Booth - $100 donation to Bichon FurKids Rescue.  Registration deadline  Friday, April 27, 2012.

Pay now to reserve your Exhibit Booth at the Bash

 

  • Table Exhibits will be set up around the perimeter of the park.  The number of tables available is limited.    
  • Returning vendors who participated at the 2011 Bichon Bash will be given priority locations.
  • Table Exhibits will be open for viewing by all paid attendees on Saturday, May 19th, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
  • Tables must be manned by your company's representatives during event hours.
  • Your exhibit is limited to one table. You may provide a table of equivalent size if you prefer, however we request that you let us know in advance.  Hanging banners must be approved and loudspeaker systems are not permitted.
  • You may provide your own table cover with your company name.
  • Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit area beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday, May 19th, to set up tables. Tables must be completely set up and ready for the event by 9:30 am.  Exhibitors are required to stay until 3:00 pm, when the event ends and not begin packing before that time. 
  • Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping, packaging, and packing of their products and equipment. Neither Bichon FurKids Rescue nor The City of Irvine Animal Care Center can accept responsibility for damages that may occur to your products and equipment.
  • Parking adjacent to the Bichon Bash will be available to vendors for unloading and loading only.  Please arrive early so you can be set up and ready to go when the festivities begin at 10:00 a.m.

It is our goal to feature unique, one-of-a-kind products and services our participants will want to see.  We try to avoid vendors competing with one another.
